I.C.T Desktop Flying Probe Tester is a flying probe inspection system that uses independent flying probe combination to analyze product manufacturing defects on assembled circuit boards. The system combines experience in the field of drive and high-precision flying probe positioning and inspection technology. The equipment not only achieves high-precision and high-speed detection, but also has better detection coverage.

Test Principal:
In-Circuit Test - ICT: Without power on the UUT, the components and connections on the board are measured one by one by electric signal going through the flying probes. Compare the test results with the standard sample template. The sample template is either from the import CAD design file or from the auto-learn of a “golden board”.
Test Signal: According to the application of the UUT and the different characteristic of the device, you can choose to apply either DC signal or AC signal of different frequency.
Static Voltage Test - V nod: With power on the UUT, the voltage on each point of the circuit can be measured in turn. This test mode is especially suitable for used board repair.
